Refund policy

• Defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect products: report within 30 days with photos and the order number.
• THREAD. provides a replacement or refund after verification.
• Size exchanges: requests within 14 days, unworn and unwashed, subject to availability and provider approval.
• No returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong color, or ordering the wrong size.
